Choose 25 or 50 minutes, then book once with a Single Session or Flexible Pack — or choose a Reserved Plan when you want a protected recurring slot.
Start with the session length that fits you
Both formats are private one-to-one sessions. The difference is simply how much time you want for conversation, explanation, practice, and feedback.
25-minute sessions
A 25-minute one-to-one Spanish session for focused conversation, practice, review, or a specific goal.
Single Session or Flexible Pack
Reserved Plan
Same price as the equivalent Flexible Pack. Automatic monthly renewal plus protected recurring scheduling while the plan remains active and its conditions are met.
50-minute sessions
A 50-minute one-to-one Spanish session for conversation, explanation, practice, feedback, and structured progress.
Single Session or Flexible Pack
Reserved Plan
Same price as the equivalent Flexible Pack. Automatic monthly renewal plus protected recurring scheduling while the plan remains active and its conditions are met.

The session itself stays one-to-one. What changes is how much flexibility or continuity you want around your schedule.
Single Session
Pay once and book one session from current availability. A simple way to start before choosing a pack or monthly plan.
Flexible Pack
Pay once for 4 or 8 sessions, then schedule within 30 days according to current availability. No automatic renewal.
Reserved Plan
Renews monthly with 4 or 8 sessions and can protect a recurring time while your plan stays active and its conditions are met.
Book once: Single Session or Flexible Pack
Choose your option, select your session time or times, enter your details, and complete payment securely. Flexible Packs are valid for 30 days and do not renew automatically.
How Reserved Plans work
Reserved Plans are designed for students who want continuity from month to month without paying more per session than the equivalent Flexible Pack.
You are not charged again when scheduling sessions already included in your Reserved Plan. Reserved Plan 4 can maintain one recurring session pattern; Reserved Plan 8 can maintain up to two. Reserved Plans cost the same as the equivalent Flexible Pack—the added value is continuity and protected scheduling.
Reserved Plan schedule protection depends on a consistent pattern, successful renewal, and real teacher availability. It does not create future appointments before the corresponding billing period has been paid.
Practical details
These rules keep scheduling clear and predictable for both you and your tutor.
Do unused Reserved Plan sessions roll over?
No. Each paid month is independent, and unused sessions do not roll over into a later month.
What happens if a Reserved Plan renewal payment fails?
Your protected schedule remains held for a 72-hour grace period while the payment is resolved. If the payment is not recovered during that period, the protected time may become available to another student.
Can I cancel a Reserved Plan?
Yes. Cancelling stops future renewals. Sessions already paid for in the current month remain available according to the plan rules.
Can I reschedule a session?
Sessions can be rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance, subject to the applicable booking and package rules. Changing one appointment does not automatically change your recurring Reserved Plan pattern.
How do I join my online session?
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive the session details and the link you need to join your session.
What happens if I’m late?
If you expect to be late, please send a quick message. If there is no message and you have not joined within the first 15 minutes, the session may be considered completed.
