Before you book
You do not need to prepare anything special before your first lesson. Just choose a time and, if you want, add a short note about your level, your goals, or what you would like to practice.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule your session at least 12 hours in advance. Rescheduling is only available with an active package (valid within 30 days of purchase).
Do lesson packages have an expiration date?
Yes! All packages are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unused sessions expire and can no longer be booked.
How do I access my online lesson?
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email for each session.
Each email will include:
✅ An option to add the session to your calendar.
✅ A link to the virtual classroom where your lesson will take place.
What happens if I’m late to my 1:1 class?
No worries. I know life can get busy! If you think you might be late, just send me a quick message so I know you’re on your way.
If there’s no message and you don’t join within the first 15 minutes of your scheduled class, the session will be considered completed.
For example, if your class is at 4:00 pm and you haven’t joined by 4:15 pm, I may leave the call.
