Private lessons may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time.
If a class is canceled by the instructor, the session will be rescheduled.

4.3 Subscriptions and Memberships / Suscripciones y membresías

Subscription payments (for example, Voces del Sur) are non-refundable, but users may cancel their subscription at any time.
Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
